Service Designer

I work across the public and private sectors as a Lead Service Designer, designing products and services which meet user needs. Being a service designer means wearing all the hats - from user research, through to UX Design and strategy.


I'm an NLP Practitioner, coach, facilitator, and public speaking enthusiast. I think about connection and creating happy, engaged teams a lot, one of my guiding questions is "How might we create more human connection in our digital experiences?".


I'm passionate about being ridiculous and helping people find what makes them uniquely funny. I believe in the power of play to create connections, explore creativity and drive experiential learning.
